A Lifetime of Leadership, Discipline, and Apostolic Service
Apostle Dr. Ronald L. Hamm brings together more than 20 years of United States Army service, over three decades of Christian ministry, and more than two decades of apostolic leadership to equip those called to serve in the apostolic ministry.
Before assuming his responsibilities as a global apostolic leader, Dr. Hamm served honorably in the United States Army for more than 20 years, retiring after a distinguished military career. His military training and leadership experience instilled principles of discipline, strategic planning, organizational structure, accountability, team development, and mission execution.
These principles have profoundly influenced his approach to apostolic leadership. Just as military leaders must be trained, equipped, organized, and prepared before undertaking their assignments, Dr. Hamm believes those called into apostolic ministry must receive biblical instruction, spiritual development, and practical leadership preparation before effectively fulfilling their Kingdom responsibilities.
Over Two Decades of Apostolic Leadership
Serving in apostolic ministry since 2005, Dr. Hamm has devoted more than two decades to equipping leaders, strengthening churches, developing apostolic structures, and advancing the work of the Kingdom of God.
As Presiding Apostle of the Apostolic Global Network (AGN), he provides leadership and direction to an international network committed to mobilizing, equipping, and connecting ministry leaders across nations.
His apostolic assignments have taken him into different countries, where he has worked to develop leaders, strengthen ministry relationships, establish apostolic connections, and mobilize individuals for greater Kingdom impact.
His international ministry includes the establishment of Apostolic Centers in Brazil and Nigeria, reflecting his commitment to developing sustainable apostolic leadership and strengthening ministry beyond geographical and cultural boundaries.
A Unique Combination of Military and Spiritual Leadership
What distinguishes Dr. Hamm as an apostolic instructor is his ability to connect the biblical principles of apostolic ministry with the practical realities of leadership, organization, accountability, and mission fulfillment.
His military background taught him that an assignment without preparation can lead to failure, authority without accountability can become dangerous, and leadership without discipline cannot sustain its mission.
His years in apostolic ministry have reinforced these principles through biblical teaching, spiritual oversight, leadership development, and international ministry experience.
Dr. Hamm understands that receiving an apostolic calling is only the beginning. Fulfilling that calling requires preparation, biblical understanding, character, discipline, and a clear understanding of the responsibilities entrusted to an apostle.
An Experienced Educator and Leadership Developer
In addition to his military and apostolic leadership, Dr. Hamm served as President of Freedom Bible College and Seminary from 2016 to 2018.
He is also the author of nine books and has pursued advanced academic studies in theology, ministry, leadership, and public administration.
His combination of academic preparation, military leadership, and practical apostolic ministry allows him to approach apostolic training from both a biblical and an organizational perspective.
